渗碳钢由于退火后的硬度低、塑性好,可以采用冷挤压法成型,从而提高工效,减低成本。挤压复杂型腔时,退火后的硬度小于100HBS;挤浅型腔时,小于160HBS,挤压成型后,经渗碳、淬火和回火处理,表面硬度为53~62HRC。
