3Cr2W8V钢，该压铸模具钢材是钨系高热强化模具钢的代表钢号，合金元素以钨为主，钨质量分数高达8%以上淬火温度1050-1200℃，硬度HRC49-56.550℃左右回火时出现二次硬化，经350℃及45℃等温淬火后可得到较高的冲击韧度和硬度。因冷热疲劳抗力差，在急热、急冷条件下工作容易出现冷热疲劳从而导致失效，不适合宜在急冷、极热下工作。但因其抗回火能力较高，常作为高热强性热作模具钢在许多热加工领域广泛应用。

3Cr3Mo3W2V钢该压铸模具钢材冷加工、热加工性能良好，淬、回火温度范围较宽。淬火规范：淬火温度为1060-1130℃，在20-60℃油中冷却油温，淬火硬度为HRC52-56。具有较高的热强性热疲劳性能，又具有良好的耐磨性和抗回火稳定性。该钢适合制造镦锻、压力机锻造等热作模具，模具使用的寿命较高。

5Cr4Mo2W2VSi钢该压铸模具钢材是基体钢内型的热作轻度模具钢，经适当的热处理后具有高的硬度、强度，好的耐磨性，高的高温强度以及好的回火稳定性等综合性能，此外也具有一定的韧性和抗热疲劳性能。淬火规范：淬火温度为1080-1120℃，在20-60℃油中冷却油温，淬火硬度为HRC61-63。该钢的热加工性能也较好，加工温度范围较宽，适于制造热挤压模，热锻压模、温锻模以及要求韧性较好的冷镦用模具。
