压铸模具材料的选用,主要是依据铸造合金的浇注温度、组成型腔各零件的工作条件和材料货源或经济性而确定的。

1)锌合金压铸模具
1) Zinc alloy die casting die
CrWMn小衬模,800%~820℃盐浴加热,淬热油,410℃一430%,1h回火;50HRC。DTl工业纯铁小模数齿轮压铸模,中温固体碳氮共渗后直接淬火。820度一840度,4h~5h共渗,出炉开箱直接油淬,180℃~200℃,1h~2h回火;58HRC~63HRC。
CrWMn small lining die, 800% ~ 820 ℃ salt bath heating, quenching oil, 410 ℃ - 430%, 1 h tempering; 50HRC。 DTL industrial pure iron small module gear die casting die, medium temperature solid carbonitriding and direct quenching. 820-840 ℃, 4-5h co penetration, oil quenching out of oven, 180-200 ℃, 1-2h tempering; 58HRC~63HRC。
2)铝合金压铸模具

H13钢制模具,模具尺寸400mm×350mm×220ram,小厚度6mm,大厚度182ram;要求硬度为45HRC~48HRC。淬火前进行一次550度,3h去应力处理;采用真空淬火回火;850度预热(25rain),1020℃加热(12min),气淬;600%(90min)+550度(60rain)回火。
H13 steel mold, mold size 400mm × 350mm × 220ram, 6mm for small thickness and 182ram for large thickness; The required hardness is 45hrc ~ 48hrc. 3)铜合金压铸模具

3Cr2W8V钢制模具,1100℃一1150度热油或空气淬火,670℃~700度回火2次;290HB~375HB。
