一般来说,塑胶模具钢材在出厂前,都是现已进行了热处理的,其热处理不仅易于抛光,并且能保证加工后获得较高的形状和尺寸精度。但是因为模具使用的不断广泛,关于模具的寿命和精度要求都很高时,就需要对型腔进行渗氮等外表处理或者对内模镶件进行热处理。

其热处理过程如下:

1、淬火。
1. Quenching.

需要将塑胶模具钢材加热Ac3或Ac1以上某一温度,保温,然后再进行快速冷却后,可获得马氏体或者是下贝氏体安排。
It is necessary to heat the plastic mold steel at a certain temperature above AC3 or AC1 for heat preservation, and then conduct rapid cooling to obtain martensite or lower bainite.
2、回火。
2. Tempering.
将淬火后的塑胶模具钢材进行加热到Ac1以下某一温度,然后保温到安排转变后,再进行冷却到室温。
The quenched plastic mould steel is heated to a certain temperature below AC1, and then heated to room temperature.
3、退火。
3. Annealing.
将塑胶模具钢材加热到恰当的温度,保温到必定时刻,然后再缓慢冷却到室温。
Heat the plastic mold steel to the appropriate temperature, keep it warm to a certain time, and then slowly cool to room temperature.
4、正火。
4. Normalize.
将塑胶模具钢材进行加热到Ac3或AcGM以上30~50℃,保温必定时刻,然后于在停止空气中进行冷却。
The plastic mould steel is heated to 30-50 ℃ above AC3 or ACGM for a certain time, and then cooled in the stop air.
