In addition to simple parts, molding temperature control system is usually a compromise. Therefore, the following with my personal understanding and perspective to give the correct grasp of the temperature of Shandong die steel some methods.

1.在模具钢设计阶段必须要考虑对被加工零件外型的温度控制。

1. In the design stage of die steel, the temperature control of the machined parts must be considered.

2.如果设计低注射量、大模塑尺寸模具时，重要的是要考虑传热性要好。如果可能的话，请使用加压水作为控制温度介质。使用耐高压高温的有韧性的管道和歧管。

2. When designing the mold with low injection volume and large molding size, it is important to consider better heat transfer performance. If possible, use pressurized water as the temperature control medium. Use high pressure and high temperature resistant ductile pipes and manifolds.

The operation of the series circuit is good only when the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the die is less than 5 ° C.
